In 1937, a beauty contest was held in Ruby Falls Cave! The fourteen women that participated were filmed diving into the pool below the waterfall by Tye Sanders of Atlanta! The film was distributed by the Universal Film Exchange for movie theaters!
Now the waterfall pool is a strict no diving zone! 🚫🤿
