We couldn’t have done it without our incredible volunteers these past 35 years! From leading worship, setting up chairs, brewing coffee, greeting guests with a warm smile and pouring into the next generation in kids’ ministry, our teams have been the hands and feet of Jesus week after week. Thank you for giving your time, energy, and love so selflessly. You have made our church feel like home!

🎉 In anticipation of our upcoming 35 year anniversary celebration, here is a look back on how it began.
For the first eight years of his ministry, founding pastor Mark Bresee became increasingly troubled to find that his members felt uncomfortable inviting the unchurched to a Sabbath service. “I was concerned about the fact that most churches, including mine, were not reaching the unchurched.”
In 1990, pastor Bresee attended a Pastor’s Conference at the Willow Creek Community Church near Chicago, Illinois. It was here where he would learn how their philosophy and strategy for ministry had resulted in great success in reaching the unchurched.
In September 1991, with an earnest desire to put this newly acquired information to use, pastor Bresee would go on to plant a new church. It would be called Hamilton Community Church of Seventh - Day Adventists and its mission would be to reach the unchurched.
