A small group of our members pressed 10 gallons of fresh c***r this afternoon. 🍎🍏
We will freeze it and enjoy it at our next two chapter meetings. 😋

Cheney FFA alum Jack Elliot was inducted into the Blackhawk Hall of Fame this evening. An active member, Mr. Elliot earned his Washington State and American FFA Degrees. He went on to earn his degree from WSU, being named the Outstanding Student in the College of Agriculture. His educational accomplishments and professional accolades are too many to list here. He currently serves as the Director for Africa with the Borlag Institute for International Agriculture and Development at Texas A&M University.
Congratulations, Mr. Elliot! We hope to continue your legacy of excellence in agriculture.

Ag Day 2026 was a huge success!
Thank you to Sherman Valley Farm, PNW Miniature Meadows, Turnbull Wildlife Refuge, Spokane Tribe of Indians, and everyone else that made the event fun, memorable and educational for the over 700 students who attended!
