After several years at a different production facility, Renz Moster was looking for a change.

“I was trying to find a company that promoted work-life balance,” he explained.

He joined ALPOLIC in 2019 as a SRW operator. At first, he was unsure of the decision because he felt planning was more in line with his skills. However, his leap of faith paid off, and in six months he was offered the role of SRW supervisor. In 2022, he transitioned to Materials Coordinator, where he has continued to shine. In 2026, Renz was promoted to Senior Materials Coordinator in recognition of his hard work and dedication.

“Working at ALPOLIC means so much to me, to my family. My son gets to see me more now. I can be that father figure.”
