After we run 2 or 3 miles from 4 Hands Brewing Co., hipointedrivein is giving Three Run Four a National Cheeseburger Day Eve special:

If you’ve been watching Three Run Four from Instagram and wondering what actually happens on Thursday, it’s pretty simple.

You show up at 4 Hands Brewing Co. Downtown. Pick 2 miles or 3. Find some people running your pace. Head out at 6:30.

Then everybody comes back, grabs a b**r and hangs around.

You don’t need to know anyone before you get there. That part tends to fix itself.

Last night did exactly what Thursday is supposed to do: a few miles, a little time at 4 Hands Brewing Co., and a reason to do it again next week.

Three Run Four is back Thursday, Sept. 17 at 6:30 p.m. for 2 or 3 miles from 4 Hands Brewing Co. Downtown.

First Thursday or fiftieth, come run with us.

The rain picked the right half of the day.

It’s a wet Thursday morning in St. Louis, but the forecast improves as the day goes on, with the rain chances dropping and temperatures settling into the mid-70s around run time.
