We're looking for a personable, detail-oriented team player who's fluent in English and Spanish and genuinely enjoys helping people solve problems. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, love turning a frustrated customer into a happy one, and take pride in getting the details right — you'll fit right in here.

In this role, you'll provide Tier 1 support to our MOTO and Linxup customers via phone and email, in both English and Spanish, assisting with everything from billing questions and device activation to system education and cancellations. You'll work closely with our support team to deliver first-contact resolutions and build long-term customer relationships, all while helping bridge the gap for our Spanish-speaking customers.

Linxup surveyed 267 commercial fleet drivers, and the results might surprise you:

✅ 77.2% say the benefits outweigh privacy concerns
✅ Nearly 44% say dash cam or GPS footage has helped them (or a coworker) win a dispute
✅ Only 4.5% describe the technology as invasive

The takeaway? Drivers aren't afraid of the technology, they're paying attention to how it's used. When employers explain the "why," tie performance to real incentives, and follow through on policies, safety tech shifts from feeling like surveillance to feeling like protection.

Brake Safety Week 2026 is almost here (Aug 23–29), and this year inspectors are zeroing in on brake drums and air disc rotors, checking for heat cracks, excessive wear, and structural damage. 🚛

Last year, 1 in 7 inspected trucks were placed out of service for brake violations. Most of those issues didn't happen overnight. They were defects that built up over time, often flagged too late (or never) because of disconnected inspection logs and missed fault codes.
