Title = ADAPTIVITIES
Slogan = Turning typical games into easy and fun activities for children with special needs
Bio or Heading= "Do you have a hard time finding fun and engaging activities for your special needs child or student ?"
Hi, my name is Kiana! I have developed this (social media site goes here) to help teach your child or student an easier and fun way to develop reciprocal interactive connections through adaptive activities. You can of course add all my social media pages along with my Adaptivities email address. BONUS FUN: I will also posted games that I have found that need NO adapting at all and can be played straight out of box.
Some autistic individuals find it difficult to understand or use the pronouns “you” and “me.” I use finger pointing as a visual reminder—pointing inward for “me” and outward toward the other person for “you.”
Danielle ability to pick up, master, and beat at every game I introduce to her never ceases to amaze me.
Learn how to play Make It Quick! This fast, easy-to-follow game is a fun way for neurodiverse kids, teens, and adults to practice quick thinking, communication, social skills, and having fun together.
Perfect for families, social groups, classrooms, and therapy settings!
After a fun day at the children's museum, the boys squad cooled off with ice cream, and Leo tried it for the very first time! His mom was shocked with glee. Moments like this are why we do what we do at Adaptivities: building safe, joyful spaces where neurodiverse kids can try new things at their own pace.
Hands-free, fashion-forward, and fully in charge of his own style.
The Boys’ Squad had a great time this past Saturday exploring the National Geographic Museum! From cool exhibits to new discoveries, it was another fun BMC adventure filled with friendship, learning, and new experiences.
Back then it was applesauce & playgrounds, now it's lipstick & flights but what makes this so special is the journey — every real conversation, every bit of shared understanding, means so much more when you're pushing through apraxia to get the words out. this moment right here? pure growth.
Sunshine, laughs, and good company!
The Cool Fellas crew soaked up the beautiful weather on their trip to the Rio, enjoying every minute together outdoors. From smiles to spontaneous fun, this group knows how to make the most of a gorgeous day out. Moments like these remind us why community and connection matter so much.
Sometimes the people who care for us become more than support — they become an anchor. For autistic loved ones, a trusted hand to hold can act as a transitional object: something steady that helps the nervous system feel safe while everything else — sounds, lights, new spaces — is a lot to process. Ashraf holding on the whole visit wasn't just sweet — it was regulation in action. Co-regulation looks like this: presence, patience, and a hand that doesn't let go.
