We started with the idea of making a really good Philly Cheesesteak, using rib eye and white American cheese to truly capture those authentic flavors. From there, we’ve grown to serve up all kinds of east coast dishes like hoagies, hot dogs, and gyros (not to mention our hot, fresh-cut fries). If you’ve come west to Wyoming, our food will make you feel right at home. If you’ve never had traditional Philadelphia food before, well, we’re happy to introduce you to something new.
