Our farrier stopped by to keep everyone looking their best—and more importantly, feeling their best. Regular hoof care is essential for keeping our horses healthy, comfortable, and ready for all the adventures they will take our guests on come next year.

They may not get glitter nail polish, but they definitely appreciate a fresh trim! ❤️🐎

Another great day of progress on the homefront of our property! None of this would be possible without the incredible volunteers who continue to show up and lend a hand.

A huge thank you to Stag And Cross Outdoors for coming out yesterday to help restore our walkway to our home. Your commitment to serving our community is truly appreciated. Special thanks to Greg and Adam for being there yesterday, along with all of the other Stag & Cross volunteers who have contributed their time and hard work throughout this effort.

🤠 Did You Know?

Bit-O-Wyo Ranch was founded in the 1980s and quickly became a Wyoming destination unlike any other.

From 1983 to 2023, the ranch welcomed an estimated 3,000 guests each summer — and that's not including winter hunters, workshop attendees, and off-season events.

🌎 Visitors traveled from all 50 states and 12 countries around the world to experience the beauty, hospitality, and spirit of Bit-O-Wyo Ranch.

Over the years, the ranch became known for:
🐴 Trail rides
🍽️ Western-themed Horse Barn Dinner Shows
⭐ WindRiders children's adventure camps

Its events and experiences were featured in Cheyenne tourism guides, media stories, and online directories, establishing a long-standing tradition of outdoor recreation and Western entertainment.

We are honored to have the opportunity to continue the legacy established by the original owners, Dennis Steele and his family. Their vision created something truly special, and we look forward to carrying that story forward.

Nestled beneath Wyoming’s wide-open skies and rugged red cliffs, Bit-O-Wyo Ranch is being thoughtfully restored to create a place where adventure, connection, and unforgettable experiences come together.

Opening Summer 2027, we will offer horseback riding, hiking, family nights, date nights, weddings, retreats, special events, and more—all set against the backdrop of one of Wyoming’s most iconic landscapes.

The Riedel family is honored to continue the legacy of this historic ranch while creating new opportunities for others to gather, celebrate, explore, and make lasting memories.
