Loop Libations is growing, and we’re looking for a bartender to join our team!

We’re looking for someone who:
✨ Is 21+
✨ Has at least 2 years of bartending experience
✨ Is BASSET certified
✨ Has reliable transportation throughout Chicago + the Chicago suburbs
✨ Has a genuine love for hospitality
✨ Brings a great attitude to every event

Most of our events are on weekends, with the occasional weekday event, and typically run 4–8 hours. Currently, we’ll likely need you for 1–3 events per month, making this a great opportunity for someone with an open weekend schedule who wants to pick up fun event work without committing to a traditional part-time schedule.

And this isn’t just a bartending gig. As Loop continues to grow, there will be opportunities to take on solo events, lead a bartending team, and grow with the company.

Most importantly, attitude is EVERYTHING. We get to help our clients celebrate some of the happiest moments of their lives, and we want people on our team who genuinely care about creating an amazing experience for them. 🤍

I personally made a mistake on alcohol projections and the kindness shown meant so much as I’ll be beating myself up for a second - like I keep saying tho .. sharing my authentic journey because nothing is perfect. Always learning ✨ (it’ll never happen again. lol. I usually OVER project so I’m a little shook)… but don’t worry it didn’t impact the good vibes

July was another incredible month. 🤍

As always, working with our clients is my absolute favorite part of this journey. I genuinely feel like so many of you have become friends!

When I started Loop Libations, I never could have imagined how much work goes into running a business, let alone what it takes to start scaling one. I also never imagined it would happen this quickly.

Over the past month, we’ve actually had to turn down events because we reached capacity. As hard as that has been, it’s also a reminder of how far we’ve come. Thankfully, we’re already taking steps to grow. Our second bar is being built, our new team members are getting ready for training, and every day I’m working on streamlining our processes so we can serve more clients without sacrificing quality.. or burning myself out!!!

One of the hardest parts has honestly been saying no to weekends off, traveling, getting quality time with friends and family like I used to, etc. but… that’s what building this business means to me. I love what we’re creating, and every event reminds me exactly why it’s all worth it.

I’m so excited for what’s ahead and for the opportunity to be part of even more celebrations each week.

What started as a passion project is growing into something I once only dreamed about. The possibility that this could one day become my full-time career and only stream of income honestly makes my heart flutter.

I feel incredibly blessed. Like brb tearing up 🥹

The strawberry smash has been an absolute hit this summer!!

Not here to gatekeep so dropping how you can make this at home below:

1.5 oz vodka
1 oz fresh strawberry purée
0.75 oz fresh lemon juice
0.5 oz simple syrup (adjust depending on how sweet your strawberries are)
1–2 oz club soda (top off)

1. Fill a shaker with ice.
2. Add the vodka, strawberry purée, lemon juice, and simple syrup.
3. Shake well for 10–15 seconds.
4. Strain into a 12 oz glass filled with fresh ice.
5. Top with club soda and give it a gentle stir.
6. Garnish with a fresh strawberry or a lemon wheel.
7. As always, cheers your bestie!!
