Ever wonder how Collaborative Bridges supports our community? We connect hospitals and community organizations to stabilize high-risk individuals following behavioral health hospitalization, focusing on the hardest-to-reach populations who need it most.

Earlier this month The Boulevard of Chicago's Leadership Team gathered for a half-day retreat dedicated to planning the year ahead.

The retreat provided an opportunity to dive deeper into our strategic plan, Expanding Medical Respite, Strengthening Systems, and translate that vision to practice. Together, our leaders set priorities to ensure we can better support staff, strengthen our programs, and continue providing high-quality care to those we serve.

A huge thank you to Collaborative Bridges for generously hosting our retreat. Collaborative Bridges brings together West Side Chicago safety-net hospitals and community mental health agencies to support people experiencing mental health and substance use challenges. Partnerships like these make our work possible!
