Our moods and energy levels change daily, influenced by astrological shifts and the seasons, that is why I offer a yoga practice that takes its cues on the movements of the sun and moon.

Tonights yoga practice honors the new moon in Sagittarius. Both our sun and moon sit in the same sign on a new moon, so this fire energy is applied for us right now. This sign is the Seeker of the zodiac, and new moons are ideal for manifesting. Lets utilize this energy offered today on our mats as we set intention and create momentum for going into this next cycle.
Todays practice will be warming and enlivening. As always, i will make suggestions and invitations to modify for your body and abilities.
Monday night yoga 6:30-7:30pm

Excited to continue my education journey with thru their Applied Polyvagal Theory in Therapeutic Yoga for Trauma Recovery. Finally pulled the trigger on something I've been wanting to do for a while now. Feels good to be able to move forward here.

During this evening practice our Moon is in transit between signs, leaving in a Void position. For us this means less energy and not a great time for intention setting. To flow with this energy our practice will be restful, slow and low to the ground. Working with the tail end of Scorpio season we continue with hip opening postures and other deep stretches.
