Back for October only, our from-scratch Pheasant Pie features a buttery crust, filled with hand-pulled pheasant and fresh root vegetables, and finished with foie gras emulsion and crispy chicken skin. Warm, savory, and made for a crisp Chicago evening. 🐢🥃
Summer travel and back-to-school schedules are behind us, while the holidays are just ahead. It’s a beautiful window to slow down, recharge, and reconnect.

A Tortoise Supper Club fall guest favorite returns this evening, only for the month of October. The Pheasant Pie is an individual buttery crusted pie stuffed with Wisconsin pheasant, fresh root vegetables, Cognac peppercorn sauce, and crispy skin garnish. Rich, dark wood tones and low lighting create a feeling of coziness while mirrors on the north wall reflect the shaking
