Meet Erisa, our new Business Development Manager.

Before joining us, Erisa spent years in NYC real estate, growing from Executive Assistant to Director of Growth & Recruiting. Building teams, improving processes, and finding new ways into a market? That has very much been her thing.

Her approach is simple: if something does not add value, it goes. If it needs innovation, she creates it.

She has now traded NYC’s “corporate cosplay” for the real thing back home in Kosovo, same drive, better coffee, and hopefully fewer rushed subway mornings.

Welcome to Runway Extenders, Erisa. Let’s get to work. 💯

A heartful welcome to Arbenita Dauti! 💙

With several years of experience in recruiting, she brings a thoughtful, people-first approach to connecting great people with the right opportunities. For Arbenita, great hiring is about more than matching a CV to a job, it’s about finding the right fit, building trust, and creating an experience people remember for the right reasons.

Outside of work, she’s likely planning her next trip, discovering a new place to eat, or rearranging a corner at home until it feels just right, with a little overthinking in between. 😄

We’re so excited to have her curiosity, expertise, and energy on the team.

Thursday Smoothie Break is a tradition at our office. 💙

Tasty smoothies on the table but the cheesecake got 'Employee of the Month'.

Our team got a little bigger, so we skipped the icebreakers and went to lunch, swapping stories and trying to figure out who ordered what.

A warm welcome to our two newest teammates Arbenita Dauti and Erisa J-V at Runway Extenders. 💙

Stefanija says her first year at Runway Extenders flew by. We think that’s a pretty good sign.

As our Accounts Payable Specialist, she has embraced new challenges, continued learning and found real enjoyment in the work along the way.

Happy first anniversary, Stefanija. 💙
