📌 Jasmine S. Creationz – Booking Rules & Policies

To keep everything fair and organized for all clients, please read the following rules carefully before placing an order:

1. Pricing & Inquiries
• Upon inquiry, clients will receive a price list for all requested items (unless it is for a full custom event).
• All prices are listed clearly on flyers. Please review these before asking about the cost of individual items.

2. Invoices & Payments
• Once you have confirmed your order, an invoice will be provided.
• Orders under $200 and all customized apparel must be paid in full upfront.
• Orders over $200 require a 50% deposit upfront.
• Invoices must be paid within 48 hours of being sent, or your spot on the calendar will be forfeited.
• The remaining balance must be paid in full before any items are shipped out or paid in full upon delivery.

3. Location, Shipping & Delivery
• Jasmine S. Creationz is located in Central Illinois but proudly services all of Chicagoland as well.
• Shipping is available for clients outside the local area.
• Personal delivery is available with a $200 minimum order for travel outside of Central Illinois plus a delivery fee.

4. Rush Orders
• All custom orders require at least a 2-week notice.
• Any order needed in less than 2 weeks will be considered a rush order.
• Rush orders are accepted if items are needed within 5 days.
• Rush fees are as follows:
• Party favors: $5–$10 per dozen
• Customized apparel: $30–$50
• All rush orders must be paid in full upfront.
• If shipping is required, the client is responsible for paying the fastest shipping method to ensure products arrive on time.

5. Order Changes
• Once an order is placed, no changes can be made.
• No additional items may be added unless availability allows.
• Absolutely no items may be removed once the order is confirmed.

6. Order Updates & Communication
• Please do not send “How’s my order coming along?” messages.
• Clients will receive mockups within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends & holidays).
• No “sneak peeks” will be provided. Photos will be sent once the order is fully completed.

7. Mockup Approval
• Clients have 24 hours to approve mockups once received.
• If no response is given, designs will be printed as is.
• Clients are responsible for reviewing mockups for any errors or changes before approving.

8. Responsibility for Errors
• If a client approves a design containing an error, Jasmine S. Creationz is not responsible.
• Any reprinting or re-assembling due to client-approved errors will require additional payment.
