The Opening Reception for Stone Age was a blast! We managed to get photos with some of the artists themselves alongside their work on the walls.
If you missed the evening, no worries, the show will be up until Nov. 14th! Visit us on Weds/Fri 12-5pm, Sun 11-3pm, or by appointment to see this incredible lithography show!

The Litho show is up! 🗣️
Come visit the ‘Stone Age,’ our new gallery show including only Lithographs. Lithography is a printmaking process in which artists draw directly onto a stone to create their imagery. The stone surface gets treated chemically so that it holds ink on only the image area and gets ran through the press for printing.
The opening reception is on September 19th, from 5-8, here at 4912 N Western Ave. Come join us for some snacks and refreshments and to admire the hard work of many talented Lithographers!
We’re open! Today (Friday) until 5, but we won’t be open tomorrow or Sunday. We’ll be at live printing and talking printmaking at the Ravenswood Artwalk from 11-6!

Print with us at Dovetail Brewery Dovetail Brewery this weekend during Ravenswood ArtWalk!
Bring your own t-shirt, tote bag, patch of fabric, or paper to print on for FREE.
Or if you don’t bring something yourself, you can pay $5 for a patch or $20 for a t-shirt or tote bag provided by us.
All ages are welcome to print! We will be in the front of the bar right when you walk in!

Something you can be sure to find in a print shop is a gorgeous flat file 🙌🏻 If you give a printmaker a flat file, they’re going to want to fill it- with their art and the work of others! CPC’s gallery is a home to many talented artists, so we have MANY flat files full of prints waiting to be looked at and purchased.
Right now, our gallery walls are empty in preparation for our next show. The opening reception for that is September 19th, so while we wait for those prints to go up, let us show you our drawers! Come in the shop or comment here and let us know which artist you’d like to see more of! ⭐️
No hate to those who don’t get what’s going on with all of the rocks, acid, and printing presses… but we work hard over here!
