✨ FANCY COOKS — EP. 1
Today we're NOT making ghar ka khana 👀
We're making a Chipotle Chicken Wrap 🌯
Welcome to my new series: FANCY COOKS ✨
Because sometimes we love our daal, sabzi & biryani…
but sometimes we just want to make something that feels a little ✨fancy✨ at home. 😂

Juicy, smoky chicken + creamy sauce + fresh toppings + a perfectly toasted wrap… basically a restaurant-style craving made right in my kitchen.
And the best part? You don't need to go out for this one. 👀

“POV: You made Nihari so good, everyone suddenly wants breakfast at your house 🤤🥘”
Some dishes are just food… and then there’s NIHARI. 🤤🥘
Rich, slow-cooked, deeply spiced and that perfect melt-in-your-mouth texture — this is the kind of meal that makes the whole house smell AMAZING. ❤️
My homemade Nihari, served with fresh naan, ginger, green chilies, cilantro + a squeeze of lemon… because that’s the only way! 🤌🏼
Recipe:
Onion 2
Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
Beef big chunks/ nihari cut 3 lbs
Saunf 1 tbsp
Ginger powder 1 tbsp
Paprika 1 tbsp
Shan nihari masala
Flour 3 tbsp (slurry)
For garnishing:
Green chillies
Ginger
lemon juice
Cilantro
For tarka
1 large onion
Paprika 1tsp
Method:
In a pot add oil, and onions and fry until golden brown, add ginger garlic pasre add meat and fry it for 5 mins until it changes color, add spices, and 2 tbsp water and mix well and let it cook for 5 mins on high flame, now add water according to your preference for gravy, and let it slow cook for 3 hours. Once the meat is tender enough, add flour slurry to thicken up the gravy, and let it cook for 1 more hour. Now add tarka and let it cook for 15 mins and tadaaaaa the tastiest nihariiiii is readyyy!!!
Pro tip:
1. SLOW COOKED NIHARI IS THE BEST (cant emphasis enough)
2.Cook a night before, it allows the juices to soak in properly, and you can add slurry and the tarka the next day to keep it fresh!
