- Has a minimum of a high school education
- Has healthcare RCM experience (a plus)

Every year around the 4th of July, while our colleagues in the US celebrate Independence Day, our team in Bosnia has a tradition of celebrating something else just as important - time together.
Since the 4th of July fell on a Saturday this year, we gathered a day earlier and headed to Ajdinovići for another memorable team-building experience.
The highlight of the day was our private pool party, where we enjoyed a barbecue prepared especially for our team. Between relaxing by the pool, taking part in outdoor activities, and sharing great food and plenty of laughs, it was the perfect opportunity to unwind and enjoy each other's company.
Stepping away from our daily routines gives us the opportunity to reconnect, strengthen relationships, and create memories that carry back into the workplace. After all, the best teams aren't built only through projects and meetings - they're built through shared experiences.
A special thank you to Sportsko-rekreativni centar Ajdinovići for the wonderful hospitality and for helping make our team-building experience so enjoyable.

We’re Hiring: Administrative Assistant
We are looking for a responsible and detail‑oriented Administrative Assistant to support our daily operations and ensure smooth coordination across departments at our office in Živinice. The ideal candidate will combine strong organizational skills with accuracy in handling payments and invoices.
Requirements:
•Strong English communication skills (written and spoken)
•Degree in Law or Economics (preferred)
•Previous experience in administration or HR (preferred)
•Basic computer skills
•Ability to work in shifts
•Valid driver’s license and active driving experience
Job Description:
The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for processing and managing payments and invoices, maintaining accurate financial and administrative records, and supporting HR and general office tasks. This role requires attention to detail, reliability, and flexibility to work in a dynamic environment.
