LIWMI Logistics

No office, no watercooler, just a group chat full of moving projects, funny gifs, and teammates actually getting stuff done together. Fully remote hasn't slowed this team down one bit.

We're not going to tell you yes just to win your business and figure out the details later. If something's not a fit, we'll own that and say so upfront. That's how trust actually gets built.

Peak season capacity crunches aren't really surprises. They're predictable if you're planning 60 to 90 days ahead instead of reacting once rates spike. Dream it, then actually do it. Worth getting ahead of it now.

We closed out another full-throttle week. Now it's time to point that same energy at the weekend. Work hard, play harder, from all of us at LIWMI. Happy Friday!

Ever try to get a straight answer about a shipment and end up talking to five different people at five different carriers? A single point of contact fixes that. Someone who owns the shipment start to finish, so you're never left guessing who to call.

Every closed deal gets celebrated in our team chat. Every missed follow-up gets roasted right there too. We're fully remote, but that doesn't mean we're not keeping each other sharp.

You shouldn't have to chase anyone to find out where your freight is. If something's running behind, we want you to hear it from us first, not from your own customer. That's the standard we hold ourselves to.

The rate you're quoted and the rate you actually pay aren't always the same thing. Detention charges and accessorial fees can add up fast if nobody's watching for them. Worth checking what's really in your freight invoices this month.

Now leaving: the office. 🚛 Next stop, the weekend. Drive safe and we'll see you Monday!

Late freight doesn't just mean a late delivery. It can mean a stalled production line and a scrambling ops team. Good visibility catches that before it becomes your problem. That's the whole point of having a real logistics partner instead of just a broker.
