No preamble this week — straight to it.

If you don't have a fall rotation contract with us yet, now's the time. We stop taking fall annual orders after August 1st. 😱

Winter orders are still open, and our Front Door Decor Store is live.

👀 Also coming to our online store: three pre-designed Halloween themes, each in two sizes — Shadow Packages for front entries, and Nightmare Packages for front entries plus a front yard extension. 👀

"People stop all the time to comment on my landscaping, especially in fall."

That's Maria. Her secret? She doesn't do it herself.

While neighbors haul pumpkins and wrestle with mums, Maria's home just... transforms.

🌸Spring: Fresh planter arrangements
☀️Summer: Vibrant seasonal color
🍂Fall: Professional décor people stop to admire
❄️Winter: Elegant displays that stand out

"It's all about me not having to think. It's one less thing to worry about throughout the year."

That's Luxury Seasonal Rotations.

What's the best that can happen?

Your home becomes the one people point to: "You know, the house with the beautiful planters."

You enjoy seasonal beauty without sacrificing weekends.

Your house looks intentionally designed while everyone else's looks... DIY.

"Guests consistently say, 'This looks like a hotel rooftop.'"

Maria transformed her Chicago garage rooftop from unused space to her family's favorite gathering spot.

Retractable shades for hot days ☀️
Comfortable lounge seating 🛋️
Room for entertaining 🎉

But the best part? She doesn't stop when summer ends.

Another client, Shellane, hosts 6-7 outdoor parties a year — and one of her favorite memories is playing cardson her rooftop deck on cool fall evenings, warm and cozy under infrared heaters.

Most people think: "I can't use outdoor space in Chicago past August."

But what if that's not true?

What if your garage rooftop — the space currently sitting there, unused — became a year-round extension of your home?

That's the best that can happen when you design for Chicago weather, not against it.

"Before, my backyard was just cement pavers and dark gray siding. Literally just walls, cement, and an empty sad space."

That's how Shellane described her Chicago backyard.

Now?

"Every single time I walk out into the backyard, I'm happy. We have a soft, cozy couch, hydrangeas for privacy, a louvered pergola, and heaters for cool nights. It's inviting, cozy, and meditative."

The transformation? She says it "greatly increased the living space in our house."

Her kids watch movies outside. Her family plays cards on the rooftop deck on Sunday nights. Friends gravitate to the space "like a magnet."

That's what happens when you ask: "What's the BEST that can happen?"

Your backyard is either a place you avoid or a sanctuary you seek out.

Which would you rather have?

We're changing the question.

Stop asking: "What if something goes wrong with my landscape project?"

Start asking: "What's the BEST that can happen?"

What if your outdoor space becomes your family's favorite place? What if neighbors stop to admire your gardenevery time they walk by? What if you host your first outdoor dinner party and realize you've been missing outfor years?

Over the next 8 weeks, we're sharing real stories from Chicago homeowners who shifted their mindset from fearto possibility — and transformed not just their outdoor spaces, but how they live.

Because here's what we've learned after 20+ years in Chicago: the best-case scenario happens more often than you think. Especially when you're working with people who care about your outdoor sanctuary as much as you do.
This winter is for dreaming. Spring is for doing.

What outdoor transformation are YOU imagining?
