Doors open at 5:00 PM, 5 nights a week. Our menu features creative cocktails and chef-designed bites. We are currently offering a 3-Course Cocktail Progression as well as a la carte drinks and bites experience. Also available is a carefully selected list of some of our favorite spirits, beers, wine, and Champagne. Reservations can be made at https://www.exploretock.com/theaviary

In The Rocks is a Manhattan-style classic locked within a hollow sphere of pure ice. Broken open at your table with a slingshot, the ice gives way to release rye whiskey, dry vermouth, rich maple, walnut, and a lift of aperitivo.
