Produced in Monterey County, California. This wine is fermented and aged in stainless steel and concrete tanks imported from Burgundy. It exhibits aromas of pink grapefruit, key lime, and lemon zest, and flavors of lemon meringue, quince, and citrus with a crisp acidity.
