This breathing technique has really been coming in handy for me lately. It is said to help lower stress and anxiety, while calming the nervous system according to Dr. Andrew Huberman and my favorite yoga teacher, Erin. (Thanks, girl! 🧘🏽♀️) And I couldn’t resist tossing my chunky crossbody on the drift wood because omg - the color contrast and lighting…nature stunning and soothing. 💙

Alright, I’m trying something new again!
