Here's a little about the person behind the title 👇

Tom brings a rare combination of deep technical expertise and proven leadership to his role as CTO. He began his career in the startup world, where the pace demanded versatility and the stakes sharpened his instincts as an engineer. He rose quickly through the ranks, earning recognition as a software architect and securing multiple patents in event-driven architecture designed for enterprise-scale systems, work that reflects both his technical rigor and his ability to think at scale.

Over the past seven years, Tom has channeled that same passion for building software into building people. As a leader, he has mentored engineers at every stage of their careers and guided high-performing teams through complex technical challenges. His leadership philosophy is straightforward: great software is built by teams that hold themselves accountable and communicate without friction, and he focuses relentlessly on creating that environment.

As CTO, Tom Ravensberg is committed to bridging the gap between technical excellence and organizational impact, ensuring that the engineers he leads have the clarity, trust, and tools they need to do their best work.

Kyle is the teammate who quietly holds a lot together. On any given day he's running with QA, Customer Success, and Project Manager hats, ensuring our customers are taken care of and our releases hold up

An NC State grad (BS in Biomedical Engineering, 2021), Kyle got his start in QA at Prometheus Group before joining Clockwork in April 2024. He's been a bridge between our customers and our engineering team ever since, and loves rolling up his sleeves on the tech side with our developers just as much as championing our customers.
