Titan Security Group

Congratulations to 𝗘𝗺𝗼𝗻𝗶 𝗖𝗹𝗮𝗶𝗿 and 𝗣𝗮𝗺 𝗪𝗲𝗮𝗿𝘆 on their Above & Beyond recognitions. Officer Clair's overnight vigilance helped prevent costly damage, and Officer Weary's 15+ years of experience keep her site connected and running smoothly. Thank you both for the care and commitment you bring every day!

Photo booth. Custom hat bar. Football squares. A whole lot of good conversation.

Our Red Zone Reception in Atlanta had guests leaving for other events and then coming back to finish the night with us. We will take that as a review. 🏈

What a night.

We hosted clients and partners at COSM Atlanta during GSX, the security industry's biggest conference of the year. Great people, great food, and a venue that had everyone reaching for their phones.

Ten years at the same building and she's still finding new ways to make it feel like home.

Nakia Butler, our Lead Concierge at 1001 S State in Chicago, helped transform the property for the Halloween season — complete with the building's spookiest leasing professional, Kim-boo-ley. A decade of dedication and Officer Butler is still finding ways to go the extra mile for her site and the people in it 🎃

Every anniversary is a reminder of the people who've stayed rooted in our mission. Day after day, they help keep people and places safe, creating secure environments where businesses and communities can thrive.

This month, we celebrate the Titan employees reaching significant years of service. Thank you for growing with us and helping others do the same.

Every team has someone who holds it all together. For one of our Chicagoland sites, that's Willie Winters.

Officer Winters fills in whenever the team is short, takes on tasks before anyone has to ask, and brings the kind of wisdom and steadiness that only comes with experience. But what sets her apart is the way she looks after her colleagues: checking in on their well-being, supporting morale, and making sure nobody is carrying the weight alone.

The tenants notice. The team notices. And during Security Officer Appreciation Week, we're making sure she knows we do too.

When severe weather hit one of our buildings in Chicago, the building needed an immediate shelter-in-place announcement, and the Site Supervisor who would normally handle it was on vacation. Matthew Segura didn't wait to be asked.

He grabbed the PA, spoke clearly and confidently, and directed tenants away from the windows and into the stairwells. In that moment, Officer Segura was the voice of the building. No hesitation, no second-guessing. Just a calm, decisive response when it mattered most.

He was ready. That's the kind of officer you want on your team.

A secure building matters. A welcoming one matters just as much. Deborah Cooper delivers both.

Officer Cooper is the kind of officer residents, guests, and building management all speak highly of: professional, approachable, and consistent in everything she does. She understands that security isn't just about keeping people safe, it's also about making them feel safe, and she does that every single shift.

We're thrilled to have her on the team!

The best leaders don't wait for problems. They see them coming and get to work before anyone else notices.

That's Connor Allee. As a Field Supervisor, he is constantly thinking several steps ahead, identifying challenges, developing solutions, and finding ways to improve operations. He brings energy, initiative, and the kind of dependability his team and clients have come to count on.

Officer Allee doesn't do the minimum. He redefines it.

Thirty-two years in the same building, and one loading dock she runs like clockwork.

Carolyn Lenkowski has been a fixture at her site since the beginning, and the contractors who pass through her dock quickly learn that there are no shortcuts on her watch. Behind her no-nonsense approach is someone who knows every corner of the building, cares deeply about the people in it, and still takes tremendous pride in the work after all these years.

Thirty-two years of dedication. Thank you, Officer Lenkowski.
