We saw an opportunity to make our supplier custom questions feature easier and faster to use. Using AI-assisted analysis, we identified recurring themes across historical quote-request patterns and translated those insights into curated, ready-to-use supplier questions.
This removed the blank-page problem and made the feature easier to adopt.

Suppliers are now using these questions to receive more complete, actionable quote requests. Healthcare providers can communicate their needs more clearly upfront, while suppliers can reduce follow-up and respond more efficiently.

It’s one example of how we use workflow insights to continuously improve the experience for both healthcare providers and suppliers. Sometimes, the greatest opportunity is not adding more functionality, but using what we have learned to make existing workflows smarter and more effective.
