Wow, 9 years ago is where it all started.
Dear Kayciblu,
Life moves so fast, and I’ve never really taken the time to appreciate how far I’ve come. This trailer is from the very first feature film I was ever a part of. At the time, I wasn’t sure if acting was the path I wanted to pursue, but looking back now, it’s amazing to see where that journey has led.
Today, here we are grown, acting, traveling, and recently graduating with a bachelor’s degree. I couldn’t be more proud of the woman I’ve become and everything I’ve accomplished along the way.
What makes this moment even more special is seeing how far all of the girls from this film have come. Watching so many of us grow into talented, ambitious, and successful women has been incredibly inspiring. We were once just young girls with big dreams, and now we’re building careers, reaching milestones, and creating lives we can be proud of. Seeing everyone’s accomplishments reminds me just how powerful it is to believe in yourself and keep going, even when you don’t know where the journey will lead.
As I reflect on this moment, I’m filled with gratitude. Every opportunity, lesson, challenge, and achievement has helped shape me into who I am today. None of this happened by chance it has all been part of God’s plan. His grace, guidance, and timing have carried me through every season of life, and for that, I am forever thankful.
Here’s to where it all began, to the girls who dreamed alongside me, and to everything that’s still ahead. ❤️✨🙏🏽

I’m so proud of the woman I’ve become. It took so much for me to get here, but through every setback, every tear, and every moment I felt lost, God never stopped showing up for me. He made sure that no matter how hard it got, she was going to walk across that stage. 💕✨
There were so many late nights crying, wondering what was next for me. So many early mornings where I had to force myself to stay motivated. So many moments where giving up felt easier. But I kept going because I knew I was doing this for my angels. 🤍
Grandma Beverly, I can still hear you saying, “Who gone check me Boo?” on the nights I felt like I wasn’t enough to do this. Grandma Wright, I hear you telling me, “Baby, you got this, you my star,” on the days I didn’t even want to show up. Grandpa Steve, I hear you reminding me to get that work done every time I procrastinated. Your voices stayed with me every step of this journey.
And Shaun… my Shaun. I owe you the biggest thank you. I truly would not be where I am today without you believing in me the way you did. This one is for you forever. You were one of the first people who knew I was meant for something greater, and I promise I’m going to keep going and make you proud every single step of the way, cousin. 🤍
To everyone who showed up for me, supported me, prayed for me, checked on me, and loved me through it all… thank you. I am so deeply loved, and I’ll never take that for granted. Thank you God for carrying me to this moment, for blessing me with my walk, my degree, and this next chapter of my life. The little girl in me would be so proud. 🎓✨
