At NITA’s first public event, we want to hear about your journey — from planning a trip, to waiting for your ride, connecting and transferring, and getting to your destination. Engagement activities will allow riders to share their experiences and discuss ideas for improvement, as well as speak with staff from all four agencies about capital investments, 2027 budget, hiring, how to make your ride safer, and more.
