HandyBandi

If you live in a classic Chicago two-flat or a vintage courtyard building in Lakeview, you know the sound. Drip. Drip. And suddenly your ceiling has a brown ring that looks suspiciously like Lake Michigan.

You tell yourself it’ll dry up. Three weeks pass, and now there’s a whole crater above your dining table.

We cut out the rotted drywall, patched it tight, feathered the mud so you can’t even tell, and sealed it up clean. No dust storm, no landlord-special plaster blobs.

Got a ceiling that’s threatening to cave in on your Sunday dinner? We’re based in Uptown and rolling all over Chicago.
