These are all of the parts that it takes to make an O'Malley .547" orchestral trombone bell section, minus the bell, a spring, and a screw. We make everything pictured except for 3 cast braces (which we made the original of) and a few laser cut flanges. So much work goes into these instruments, but it is all worth it when we get to hear the end result!

Yesterday was a great day working with Kirby Fellis dialing in his O'Malley .525" trombone setup, and also Jack Grimm on his O'Malley .547" trombone setup! We are thankful to be able to work with such wonderful people and world class musicians.

Since we design and manufacture most every part of our instrument we are able to tailor the horn to the player with intention, not just with an overwhelming amount of options.
