On Wednesday, September 16 and Thursday, September 17, we celebrated our Welcome Event – Fall 2026! 📚

It was a wonderful two days filled with learning, connection, and new opportunities for our students.

During the event, we had:

🤝 Visits from community organizations, who shared valuable information and resources with our students.

🌱 “PODER Vivir Mejor” Workshop, a space to learn and focus on our well-being.

👩‍🏫 “Meet Your Teachers”, an opportunity for students to meet their teachers and begin building connections.

🎭 “Act Out Your English”, where students practiced English in a fun and interactive way.

📘 “La Carpeta Azul” by Telpochcalli, sharing helpful information and resources with our community.

🎁 Prize Raffle, adding some fun and surprises to our Welcome Event!

💙 Thank you to all our students, teachers, community organizations, and PODER team members who helped make these two days special.

El miércoles 16 y jueves 17 de septiembre, celebramos nuestro Welcome Event – Fall 2026. 📚

Fueron dos días llenos de aprendizaje, conexión y nuevas oportunidades para nuestros estudiantes.

Durante el evento tuvimos:

🤝 Visita de organizaciones de nuestra comunidad, que compartieron información y recursos valiosos con nuestros estudiantes.

🌱 Taller “PODER Vivir Mejor”, un espacio para aprender y enfocarnos en nuestro bienestar.

👩‍🏫 “Reúnete con tus maestros”, una oportunidad para conocer a nuestros maestros y comenzar a crear conexiones.

🎭 “Act Out Your English”, donde nuestros estudiantes practicaron inglés de una manera divertida e interactiva.

📘 “La Carpeta Azul” de Telpochcalli, compartiendo información y recursos útiles para nuestra comunidad.

🎁 Rifa de premios, que agregó diversión y sorpresas a nuestro Welcome Event.
