When we decided to open a Korean BBQ in Chicago, we started by finding a great chef. After we had that, we found a space in Bridgeport that we thought was perfect. Then, after filling the inside with modern decor and comfortable seating, we built a menu full of fresh bibimbap, kimchi, and marinated meats for guests to grill right at their tables. Since we opened, we’ve been sharing our favorite dishes with everyone who visits and giving guests an experience in authenticity and fusion.
