Open Arms was founded in 2016 to unite two existing church-based ministries: New Community Covenant Church's Open Arms (formerly Warming Center) and St.

Open Arms Ministry, located in the Logan Square neighborhood of Chicago, supports and partners with those struggling with homelessness, poverty, and food insecurity.
