Will this 50 year mortgage option be worth it? This chart provides an estimated breakdown of the expenses one can expect.
Saving $300 a month to purchase a home can definitely benefit many families.
But gaining almost an additional $374,000 in interest that has to be paid is absurd!
Is this really the best solution? The banks are winning!!
