I didn’t go to a four-year university,
so continuing education is everything to me.
This is year 17… and I’m still learning.
As a coach and a father, it’s my responsibility to understand how to serve this next generation better.
The goal isn’t just better athletes.
It’s helping kids fall in love with movement.
Fitness isn’t seasonal.
It’s not just for their sport.

I’ve been training him since 2010… and now he’s back in the lab.

Grateful to have him back in the lab.
Relationships like this mean everything.
Always finding ways to make training relatable to our athletes.

Also, big shoutout to Shawn for dropping off the Tru Agility setup.
He’s been putting in serious work on this product, and we’re excited to start using it with our athletes here at the lab.

Back to work.
Late nights. Busy schedule. No excuses.
This is what it’s all about for me.
They won’t play sports forever
but they’ll carry these habits for life.
Grateful I get to be their dad and their coach.
