This week, we’re taking a moment to remind our Wirtz Rentals Co family and everyone in the construction industry to **check in on your coworkers, crews, friends, and family.**

A simple “How are you doing?” can open the door to an important conversation.

**September Maintenance Tip: Check Your Roof!**

Before fall weather really sets in, take some time to inspect your roof and look for:

• Missing or damaged shingles
• Cracked or worn flashing
• Loose or damaged gutters
• Signs of leaks or water damage
• Debris buildup

Catch small problems now before they turn into bigger, more expensive repairs later.

**Safety first:** If your roof needs a closer inspection or repair, use the proper equipment and consider hiring a professional when the job is beyond your comfort level.

**September 11, 2001 -25 Years Later**

Today, we remember and honor the lives lost on September 11, 2001, and the countless families whose lives were forever changed.

We recognize the courage and sacrifice of our **first responders, firefighters, police officers, EMTs, military members, and everyday heroes** who stepped forward when our country needed them most.

**25 years later, we remember. We honor. We will never forget.**
