I needed ideas on how to make this beautiful Hoodsly | Wooden Range Hoods range hood a statement piece in the duplex kitchen at The Bronze Luxe so I reached out to my girl Jittaun of Jittaunpriest for help. She did her thing!

This range hood looks like brass! It's gorgeous!

Happy Monday! Last week tried to take me out but I ended on a high note!

With the last bit of energy I had (this is why I look a whole mess), I started installing my TWOPAGES and I'm in LOVE!! I promise I stared at these curtains for an ungodly amount of time lol... They are seriously GORGEOUS! The best part... This is how they came out of the box! No steaming, no dry cleaners, no ironing! They are perfect for The Bronze Luxe! I can't wait to show you the rest!

Happy hump day! Did you guys catch the new episode of tonight??? I loved all the entryways the teams created! Makes me think of the entryway I designed on season 1. This space was definitely one of my favorites 😍

Happy Tuesday! My sweet boo thang took us to the Barak Obama Presidential Center today and it was EVERYTHING!

As a Chicago girly, being there brought me back to when he was elected and what it felt like in the city of Chicago. I can't describe it but there was a feeling of pride and unity that was truly unspoken. It was cool to feel like the person who holds the highest position of power in our country, walked the same streets I did... and as a black man. I never thought I would see such a thing in my lifetime.

I won't spoil the experience for those who plan to go but just know black history is written in that building. If it's taken from everywhere else, you can find it there.

And it's a beautifully designed museum! Definitely gave The Bronze Luxe vibes 🙌🏽😂

Happy manic Monday 🥴

Although today has been one of those days where it seems everything is going wrong... I'm choosing to be happy about how far The Bronze Luxe has come.

Renovation projects like this are not for the weak. I'm definitely looking forward to completion.

Happy Thursday! I cannot express how excited I am for the last of the Capital Lighting light fixtures for The Bronze Luxe to arrive! They are STUNNING!!! I cannot wait for you to see!!!
