Welcome Carrie M ! Join her on Wednesdays at 6PM starting next week (10/7)🧘🏽‍♀️

Carrie designs her classes with the hope of helping students move their body in new ways, breaking patterns and encouraging curiosity, leaving room for you to make the practice your own.

She draws inspiration from all sorts of places - restorative yoga, dance, resistance training, physical therapy, pilates, mobility, etc. Her sequences link pose to pose with a rhythm that’s both strengthening and soothing.

💫 We’re exactly three weeks away from the start of our 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training at The Lab!

We’re honored to welcome back Nicole Belica | Yoga Teacher to lead this year’s prenatal and postnatal yoga module. We can’t wait for her to share her expertise and experience with our incoming group!

Ready to deepen your practice and become a yoga teacher? Interested in joining us just for Nicole’s module? DM us to learn more!

Nicole’s Bio:

My journey to yoga did not take a linear path. My love for fitness and movement started at a very young age and evolved over the years. Some of my phases and cycles included tennis, running, weight training, biking … basically anything to keep my heart pumping and body strong.

While working and living abroad in Southeast Asia, I discovered the beautiful practice of yoga. In a small gym studio, with an instructor that barely spoke English, I was introduced to the sacred practice of Ashtanga. I was hooked. That is where the certifications, workshops and learning began. Upon returning to the United States, I transitioned into a corporate role for some time, but I still continued my study of yoga. In 2014, I decided to leave the corporate setting to teach yoga full time. Since then I have pursued areas of speciality in prenatal yoga, doula/birth work, nidra as well as trauma-informed practices. I have had the honor of facilitating Yoga Teacher Training programs throughout the years, along with mentoring new teachers. All these areas have influenced my teaching.

For me, the yoking of the body, mind and spirit is the most profound element to the practice of yoga. Because of the link that yoga promotes, it has become a source of stability during the constant changes that are a part of life. It is from this place of stability that I was able to evolve and develop, which is why I am so passionate about sharing this practice with others. I am so excited to be guiding the transformative practice of yoga with new and experienced practitioners alike.

🍁 Summer only has a few days left! Changing colors, sweater weather and indoor yoga season are on the horizon!

We are excited to welcome Marci DiVerde to the Lab teaching family! You can practice with her for the first time at the Lab tomorrow at 10am when she fills in for Wade Yoga 💫

🍁 Marci completed her first yoga teacher training in February 2011. In 2014, she continued her studies with Gopi Om (Nicole Sopko), a disciple of legendary yogi Sri Dharma Mittra, deepening her understanding of the traditional eight-limbed path of yoga and its teachings both on and off the mat.

In 2024, Marci fulfilled a years long dream by beginning her 500-hour certification with Sri Dharma Mittra in New York City, completing her training in 2025. She continues to embrace every opportunity to learn and grow as both a teacher and a forever student of yoga.

Marci strives to create classes that are fun, dynamic, and rooted in the traditional practice of yoga. Count on options to meet every level from beginner to advanced, pranayama, and lots of opportunities for inversions in Marci’s class. Her classes will challenge you physically, but her ultimate goal is simple: that every student leaves feeling better than when they walked through the door.

On Tuesday, Sept. 22nd and Sept. 29 at 6:00pm, join Colton Ksiazek for an All Levels yoga class!

Colton’s teaching style is centered around strong, intentional movement, great music, and creating a room where people feel comfortable showing up exactly as they are.

Expect thoughtful sequencing, a good sweat, and plenty of encouragement along the way.

Meet Colton:

Colton is a yoga instructor who believes yoga should feel challenging, energizing, and fun. He started teaching because he thought yoga could feel intimidating to the average Joe.

For Colton, yoga is as much about connection and community as it is about the physical practice.
