Fat 2 Flaca is the Blog of a young, Puerto-Rican, fashionista, Chicagoan who underwent a Verticle Sleeve Gastrectomy (VSG) on April 25, 2012. Fat2Flaca wanted to share her Latino Weight Loss Surgery (WLS) experience, find support and even make friends with other Latinos considering VSG or WLS in the process of going from fat to flaca (slender). Everyone, not only Latinos, are welcomed to share in the plethora or recipes, advice, product reviews, photos and videos that Future Flaca will be sharing with you all, but if you can relate to the power of "Toston Withdrawl" or "Arroz Envy, I may just love you a little bit more, lol. I woke up craving a hearty breakfast and deicided to make something easy to eat on the go, so a Chorizo Potato Egg Spinach Wrap Burrito it was!
1. Cook your diced potatoes in a frying pan.
2. Once the potatoes are slightly browned, add the chorizo to the pan, while the potatoes finish cooking.
3. Mix the chorizo completely into your cooked potatoes for 7-10 minutes. I like mine a little crispy!
4. Pour your eggs into your mixed potatoes and chorizo and gently scramble.
5. Sprinkle with shredded cheese of of your liking and chopped cilantro or green onion.
6. Serve immediately OR watch a TikTok videos on "how to fold a damn burrito" like I did and dasssssit maaamiiii!
