Erica S. Gibbs is the creative force behind Reserv’d Events Venue in Alton, Illinois, where she turns celebrations into curated experiences centered around style, hospitality, and unforgettable details.

Her entrepreneurial journey began in 2020 with On the Go Entertainment STL, a mobile movie and entertainment company launched during the pandemic. What began with backyard screenings has since grown into a multi-brand event ecosystem rooted in creativity, connection, and community impact.

But Erica’s vision extends beyond business. As Co-Founder of The Winning Circle Woman’s Group, she is committed to creating spaces where women and emerging entrepreneurs can build confidence, collaborate, and transform their ideas into income and purpose into legacy.

And her commitment to community is personal. Erica has also used her platform to help bring awareness to lung cancer, including the A Breath of Fresh Air Walk for Lung Cancer happening today, September 5.

Her philosophy says it best: “Success is meant to be shared, scaled, and celebrated.”
