Stephanie Salek joined CTC as a Manager, Event Services, making the jump from the hotel world to the DMC side of the industry. She’s outgoing, energetic, and always ready to strike up a conversation with anyone. Stephanie loves making new connections, discovering new spots around Chicago, and finding any excuse to get out and experience something new.
She brings a fun, social energy wherever she goes and is quickly making herself right at home at CTC!

CTC was on the move! ✈️ Our Managing Partner, Barb Campbell, and Senior Manager of Event Services, Crystal Mann, attended Maritz Activate 2026 at the Ga***rd Palms Resort & Convention Center in Kissimmee, Florida.

Activate continues to be a great source of connection and creativity, giving us the opportunity to better understand our clients’ needs, share ideas, and bring fresh solutions back to Chicago. 

The day after Lollapalooza, we kept the energy going with an amazing Lolla-themed event that had all the things: live music, fun photo ops, good vibes, and a lively crowd.

The festival may have been over, but the party definitely wasn’t.
