More than 6,000 Labor organization customers across the country include: Internationals, Regional / District / State Councils, JATC’s, and Multi-Employer Trust Funds gives us the buying power to offer custom tailored coverage at competitive pricing. One of the biggest distinctions between Union Insurance Group and our competitors is that OUR PROGRAM IS DESIGNED TO IMPROVE THE LIVES OF UNION MEMBERS by strengthening the Labor Economy and helping create union jobs. Over $3,000,000 is reinvested back into the Union economy every year thanks to our guaranteed use of Union Labor for repair and reconstruction for insurance claims. This commitment to use Union contractors, products, services and vendors whenever possible, is the key to creating jobs for our brothers & sisters in variety of Union industries and trades. An estimated 5% of money spent with non-union insurance agents is used to support causes detrimental to Labor’s principles. But buying from a Union shop, no less than 70% of the same premium remains in the Labor economy, and no Union dollars are used to fund opposing groups with anti-Labor agendas.
