A four-course dinner highlighting the magnificent wines of the Catalan region of Spain. We will also have Núria Garrote-i-Esteve, Founder and Owner of Vinovi&Co, present to regale stories and education on the region. The menu features scallops, farm beets, octopus, and brie gougeres.

The Way of Saint James/El Camino de Santiago; is a pilgrimage route across northern Spain, ending on the Atlantic coast at the cathedral of Santiago de Compostela in Galicia. Pilgrims (peregrinos) originally started coming to this location from all across Europe in the 11th century to witness the reported tomb of the apostle Saint James, known as “Santiago” by Spanish Catholics. The alleged remains of Saint James were buried in this location, and centuries later, a monastery, and ultimately cathedral, were built on the declared burial site of the apostle James. Fast-forwarding to the 21st century, hundreds of thousands of people walk El Camino each year. Vinovi&Co. represents twelve trailblazing producers along this Camino, crossing several premiere winemaking regions.

In celebration, we will be featuring wines from Rioja, Castilla, and Galicia, one each week to follow along in the pilgrimage!
