I cannot thank you enough Madison!!! Our first was a huge success we sold out completely without bringing hot food! There were so many bakeries, but we stood out and had long lines. I am so thankful for you all. I wouldn't be here without your support. ❤️

I also got to meet and make new friends. I am so proud of many of our new products. We are just going up and improving from here.

Also, we will be opening our kitchen for brunch! And, be serving Puerto Rican food:

3 Plate: Arroz Y Guandules, Ropa Veja and Spanish Potato Salad.

Hamon Eggs Benedict: Vegan Ham, Vegan Fried Egg with Egg on a Gluten Free Sourdough Bread Benedict style with pickled toppings. :)

Join us Sun, June 7 as we kick off another season of fresh food, local flavor and community! Start the morning with a ribbon cutting at 8:45 a.m., followed by the ringing of the market bell at 9 a.m. to officially open the season.

Shop from your favorite farmers and food artisans offering fresh produce, flowers, fruit, dairy products, honey, tofu, baked goods, prepared foods, ice cream, jarred goods and so much more. Whether you're stocking up for the week, grabbing breakfast, or simply enjoying a Sunday stroll, there's something for everyone at the market.

Mindful Baking is a woman-owned/ minority-owned wholesale bakery and cafe featuring 100% vegan and gluten-free baked goods, desserts, and savory foods. Based in Chicago's Ravenswood neighborhood, owner Diane Mejia has been bringing peace of mind to customers with food allergies and sensitivities for over 10 years. The Mindful Baking team can be found selling allergy-friendly treats at farmers' markets and pop-up events across the Chicago area.
