Boards tested and installed into enclosures! Just need to calibrate the VU meters and then they’re ready to button up!

Board assembly complete! Putting those tubes, transformers, and T4B modules to good use! Next step is board level testing. That’s the part where I try not to shock myself with the 275V power supply :)

Only the finest! Lundahl transformers and Kenetek T4B modules are some of the best parts money can buy. The DLA-2A is a great pedal, but I owe it all to these guys!

Enclosure prep is complete! Next comes final assembly of the circuit boards.

Prep work for the next DLA-2A batch. The pots and VU meters are panel mount, so step 1 is adding short cables to each of them. Enclosure prep comes next!

Pedal number 300! May not sound like a lot, but these aren’t made on an assembly line. Each one is assembled by hand on the bench, the old fashioned way. Hoping to see number 1000 someday!
