Didn’t they just raise them?

And this comes just days after all the talk about changes to their terms of service and the possibility of promotional content and third-party advertising even on plans advertised as “ad-free.”

So let me get this straight…

Pay MORE, get MORE potential advertising, and somehow streaming is still supposed to be the cheaper option?

Disc Repair Update!

Our disc scratch repair machine will be temporarily unavailable while it gets maintenance and an upgrade!

The exciting news: when it returns, we’ll also be able to repair Blu-ray and 4K discs along with Ganes, DVDs and CDs.

The machine should be back in about 3 weeks. Thanks for your patience and support

Apparently “committing to a role” now means showing up on set… while CGI does the hard work.

Hollywood can create aliens and superheroes, but asking an actor to actually sacrifice a limb for a role? That’s where they draw the line. GEEZ!

Now streaming services are creating “virtual shelves” because apparently they finally figured out that people like browsing, discovering movies, and actually feeling like they’re shopping for entertainment instead of staring at a screen saying “What should I watch?”* for 45 minutes.

The funny part? They’re trying to recreate what we’ve been doing all along.

A real video store has something a streaming app can’t copy: thousands of movies you can actually browse, recommendations from real people, and the excitement of finding something you didn’t even know you wanted to watch.

And let’s not forget… our shelves have **more movies than they do**, and our movies are **the complete, uncut versions** — not whatever edited, shortened, or rotated version a streaming service decides to give you.

Streaming is great for convenience, but when it wants the feeling of a video store… it’s basically admitting video stores were doing it better all along.

The future called. It wants to be a video store!!!!
