Sazon Light

Sazon Chicago is the caterer with food you crave. Happy, Healthy, Creative and Beautiful. Sazon Light is the right meal plan for you.

It’s not about counting calories, it’s about eating well, in healthy, but very tasty portions. Sure, we’ll keep you under the recommended number of calories per day, but we’ll make sure you want to eat your lunch, dinner or snack! We offer you a suggested weekly menu (substitutions accepted) of lunches, dinners, and snacks, prepared with the freshest ingredients, delivered once a week, for a very affordable price. In our kitchen you’ll find mostly grass-fed beef, and organic/local ingredients. We reuse our containers and bags. There isn’t a word like Sazon in the English language. In its romantic, dual meaning in Spanish, Sazon is both: “just the right taste”, and “the perfect moment”, and that’s what we try to bring you in every meal we create. Sazon Light is the meal plan you crave!
