Thanks to everyone who joined us for our candle-making event last weekend! 🕯️ It was great to see residents getting creative, trying out different scents, and spending time together. We appreciate everyone who came out and made it such a fun afternoon!

Preventative maintenance is when our maintenance team completes routine in-unit visits to help keep everything running smoothly.
One of the key parts of this process is replacing your air filters and checking HVAC systems to make sure they’re operating efficiently.
Clean, up-to-date filters help improve air quality, support system performance, and can even help prevent unexpected repairs down the line.
Thank you to all residents for your cooperation and for allowing our team access during these visits! And thanks to our amazing maintenance team that takes care of this wonderful place we call home!
