Nature Of The Game 🎬 About a year and a half ago, I was fortunate enough to get to work on Season 2 of “Dark Matter.” This was a really important booking for me cause it changed some things in my career. At the time, I was a must join for the union meaning that if I booked any union work I would immediately have to join. I remember getting booked and being so pumped and then immediately rushing to my computer to join SAG-AFTRA , which honestly felt like a right of passage in my acting career. I’m still very proud to be a union actor frfr. Because of my new union status, I had to be removed from a Best Buy commercial smh BUT shortly after this I got the audition for “Oscar Shaw” and I never would have had that opportunity without this all happening. Weird how it all works out lol

Working on “Dark Matter” was a great experience and I don’t take that for granted at all. I got to act in a scene with Joel Michael Edgerton and work with so many other talented artists. Unfortunately, for this first time in my career, my scene was cut from the episode. As an actor, I’ve always known this could happen and if I’m being honest I knew that could happen with this particular scene. Yes, it is still a bummer and I would love to see the scene, but I’m still very grateful for the experience!
