Last Friday we enjoyed CAGE Engineering, Inc. Potluck Picnic 🧺
Everyone brought something delicious 😋
I decided to make broccoli 🥦 and cauliflower salad 🥗 which I prepared at home and Tinga de pollo - shredded chicken 🍗
Thanks to Thermomix I was able to make the fresh chicken at the office 🫢🤓👩🏻‍🍳 30 minutes and it was fresh and so yummy 😋

Did you know that Thermomix with blade cover and peeler can peel 6 pounds of potatoes 🥔 on 6 minutes? 🫢🤓🥰
My sister visited the Amish Farm last weekend and brought those delicious young potatoes 🥔 for us.
I decided to make some simple dinner last night - spiralized potatoes with garlic olive 🫒 oil and poached eggs 🥚 using Thermomix nester. I’m so sorry for nit having pictures of the entire dish - but it was SO SO good 😊

After very intense and busy months, we decided to drive to Upper Peninsula to rest and recharge 😊🫶🏻
We had a lunch with the view of Lake Superior ⛴️🗺️ It was so amazing and relaxing 😎
Before leaving for our trip we prepared our favorite gluten and grain free bread 🍞 rolls and our favorite broccoli 🥦 and cauliflower dill salad 🥗 it tasted so delicious with this view.
